Font Software End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

This font is free for personal and non-commercial use only.

commercial use requires the purchase of the appropriate license type as described below.

2. Definitions

Personal Use: Use by an individual for private, non-commercial projects with no financial gain (e.g., personal artwork, school projects, non-monetized blogs, or hobbyist use).

Commercial Use: Any use intended for or related to business, profit, or professional purposes (e.g., branding, advertising, paid client work, monetized content, company websites, publishing).

3. License Types

3.1 Desktop License

Allows installation of the font on a limited number of computers (workstations).

Permitted uses: logos, graphics, print materials, product packaging, and static images.

Prohibited: embedding in software, apps, or electronic publications.

3.2 Webfont License

Allows the font to be embedded via @font-face on a website.

Licensing is based on monthly page views.

The font files must be securely hosted (self-hosted or through an approved webfont service).

3.3 App / Game License

Allows embedding of the font in mobile apps, video games, or other software.

A separate license is required per app or game title.

3.4 ePub / Digital Publishing License

Allows embedding of the font in eBooks, PDFs, and digital magazines.

One license is required per publication title.

3.5 Server / SaaS License

Allows use of the font on a server for generating custom assets (e.g., dynamic images, personalized products, SaaS platforms).

Requires a separate, custom agreement.

3.6 Broadcast / Film License

Required for use in TV, film, commercials, or streaming media.

Fees may depend on territory and distribution scale.

4. Restrictions

You may not sell, redistribute, or sublicense the font.

Modifications are not allowed without prior written consent.

You may not convert the font into other formats for distribution.

The free (personal use) version must always include this EULA when shared.

5. Commercial Licensing

6. Termination

Any violation of this EULA terminates your rights to use the font. Upon termination, you must delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer

The font is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The author is not liable for any damages resulting from its use.
